CHAPTER 3.1 :
A PARTY OF CHOICE
” I was thinking we could do a list of the people we’d like to meet throughout history. Anyone dead or alive.”
I had great fun creating this list.
My fantasy dinner party – cooked by Heston Blumenthal
Brian Cox
Cleopatra
Eleanor of Aquitaine
Eric Morecombe
Leonardo da Vinci
Lewis Carroll
Mary Queen of Scots
Mata Hari
Merlin
Steven Hawking
I’m surprised this hasn’t been issued as a challenge 🙂
yes, it is a great game. it was part of the Book of Lists challenge, although not many people participated this week.
I’lll do my list – just for you unless you send me a link? 😜
Sorry – thought I’d put the link in the post. I’d better fix that. In the meantime here is the link

I look forward to reading your list.
I’m with you on Leonardo and Hawking – but in history? I would have too many to list!!!!
You are right, far too many to choose from. This was the fifth or sixth version of my list – the first ones were far to long.
Wouldn’t it be great to get all of these people at the same table? Now that would make for some interesting conversation!
Very!

I’d have Cleopatra at my fantasy dinner party too!! I love that whole Ptolemaic Egyptian era, it was brutal but very very interesting. And also, who doesn’t love Merlin?! I know I do.
Couldn’t agree more.
