January’s To Do List

January's to do listI’ve been thinking about how to break down make my resolutions to make them more achievable  and this is my list for January.

Lose 1lb a week.  An up and down month. I did lose  4 lbs but also gained 4 so I’ve  ended up the same.

Make weekly meal plans.

Go for a walk at least twice a week.   

Sell 10 things on ebay.

Start a sealed jar for change.    √

Save an extra £100.  √ I think I did this one but it was swallowed up by the cost of new glasses.

Clear the Spare Room.  √ Made a small start by getting rid of a couple of boxes of books.
